New phone and Sim 5 days ago and number still not swapped over

I had my new phone delivered Saturday 30/04 and did the whole text to activate and transfer your number to your new sim etc etc - i’ve messaged o2 after the 24 hours and no swap, every day since to check to see if this has been done and still no? yest they said, wait 24 hours and restart your device and closed the convo on me - has anyone else has this problem? it’s literally more than 100 hours over the time frame they advised it would take :S

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
