New iPhone 13, no service?

I have recently bought the new iPhone 13 (like two days ago recent). The phone is all set up, new sim inserted, same number, same everything. But for some reason I have no service? Like none, anywhere. So I’m only able to use the phone online when connected to wifi. Please help?

Try your old sim in it or do a sim swap to activate the new one Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
