Hi I’ve just taken up a new package deal with VM (Volt) and also took out 4 SIM cards for the family.
we all tried the SIM cards but nothing has happened, we all want to port our numbers from Sky but don’t know if to do this yet or not? We’ve been waiting since last Friday but not had nothing from O2.

When you say nothing has happened, do they work @Scooby_Doo ? Can you call your landline number (or any other 0800 number you can find)?
If they do, then they are working and you need to follow the porting guide below.
Guide: Migration & porting into O2
If not, then get in touch with o2 customer services on 202 from an o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone. Alternatively you can use social media - Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG).
