New billing and airtime rewards

Hi all, since the new billing system my airtime rewards that i have  redeemed are not showing on my o2 account page- it always showed as a minus against my next bill but still shows as 0.00. Any ideas?

To be honest O2 have really made a mess of upgrading to the new system

You will need to contact them on one of the methods in this guide
