I upgraded my phone on 15 December for me to collect from my local store in xxxxxxxx on Friday 17 December....I then got a text on 16 December saying there is a delay and they will be in touch with new delivery date (which i am still waiting for me).
I logged into my account today (20 December) to track my order and saw this message (see below).... I am unsure what is happening and if phone is in the store. Are you able to check this for me? Regards Brenda

This is a community forum made up of members like yourself.
Two options really
1) Ring the store and see if it's ready for collection. (However to collect it, O2 must have sent you a code to make sure it's you)
2) Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
