Hi there, I’ve recently ported my number over on to a new phone and sim (O2 to O2). It has been roughly 36 hours and I still don’t have any data or signal. Could anyone please advise how I can fix this please? TIA slight_smile

If you upgraded from O2 to O2, you can either just move the physical SIM from old to new phone, if it fits, @TomLoakes4 - or you can swap your SIM yourself in your MyO2:

Swap will be needed if your old SIM was not the correct size for your new phone, or if it was an older 4G SIM and you now have a 5G phone, SIM and contract.

If you moved from PAYG to Pay Monthly, that is covered in here: Guide: Migration & porting into O2

If you are still stuck, reach out to O2 on Social Media, links just below this post, @TomLoakes4 - good luck!
