Hi All,

Need some help. New phone today, but can't make or recieve calls or messages. Can't log in to my Samsung account because I can't recieve the code to get past the 2 step verification

Can you help ?

If an upgrade, you can use your old sim or do a sim swap to activate the new 5g one

Or go into the advanced call settings and reset to default values for data.
