Hi there, I placed an order online on Wed 10/11 and apparently all was set, o2 have charged me the £50 upfront free for the handset but heard nothing since then. The item was a Samsing Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G 512gb. I signed various credit agreements etc but when I log in to my o2 it says I have no services on my account. The order number is ms-319071377.
Can you guys check my account and see if this phone order was succesfull. If on the off chace, the phone order was unsuccesfull, can you please refund me my £50 that I paid upfront as I'm sure I need it much more than o2 do lol.
