Simple answer is no. O2, like all networks don't guarantee good signal 24 / 7. That is written into the terms and conditions you signed.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

What exactly are the connectivity issues you've been having? You need to offer O2 a reasonable chance to rectify an issue you have reported.
