@1985erika

Check these guides Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?  and Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it

If this has been going on for longer than a year then contact O2

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Or you may want to think about changing your network supplier.

In addition to the info shared by @Cleoriff - download the "My Network" app provided by O2 (https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network) and set up a free account there - you can set up watches for places you are, eg home, work, gym, etc and the app will monitor quality and O2 will send you e-mail or SMS if there is work ongoing on a mast in any of those places. You can also run a variety of tests in your O2-provided, as well as your home, WiFi - and report poor signal issues to O2.

It does take time for O2 to effect repairs, for access reasons, etc, but if nobody reports issues, they won't have a priority to let them repair or restore service in any impacted area, @1985erika. Good luck.
