I’ve just checked the network coverage as a week ago myself and a few neighbors went from having excellent signal to poor signal and the coverage checker says there is a phone mast being repaired in our area. How do I find out how long it will take ? Myself and my husband rely on mobile data for work.

@SueWood O2 never give timescales for mast repairs. There are far too many factors. Availability of parts, which could be stuck in a container in Felixstowe, permission for access to land etc etc. Download the My Network app where you will get updates and be able to report issues https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
Best of luck.

Hi there @SueWood
Welcome to the o2 Community forum.
I don't think anyone would know not even customer services, I am sorry. Engineers would probably put it on their "to do" list and it would depend on the problem and availability of the parts.
You could try customer services

I hope that it isn't too long , best wishes
