Hi, I'm currently don't have any network coverage, I have not gone over on my data but my internet doesn't work unless I'm signed into WiFi, despite being in 4g areas and never having issues before. I have tried to network rest my phone but that hasn't worked, tried switching on and off. When I go into my settings it says my network is O2, I keep having pop ups saying sign into 02 UK network but when I click it, it doesn't actually do anything

Regarding your signing in problems?
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
