My O2 number ********** is not working for making a phone call or receiving a text message, but it can answer a phone call.

Please help me.

@Song This is not O2. This is a customer community. 

Do you have two separate numbers for the esim and physical sim? You can't have the same number on both.

Best thing for you to do is to call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they can hopefully sort your issue for you. Be sure to bring photo ID with you.
