I have the Samsung galaxy s21 which is not the phone I wanted. I wanted the iPhone 12 in purple I need to know how to send it back please

You need to call o2 customer services to arrange a return, and once that has been processed you can apply for the iPhone instead @Amanda9 .
There are a few numbers to try in the link below along with hints on how to get through to someone.
Experience says that the best time to try and call is 8am.

Just bare in mind if you are outside of the 14day change of mind policy, you would need to pay off the device plan first before being able to swap devices.
