Do you have any idea why the Internet is not working on my Q18 smart watch at some else sent a link to the page for the pay and go mobile Web setting and I have put them all in and still the Internet on my Q18 smart watch is not working?

Bottom line is that it's a bit of a rubbish watch. 

As it's also only 2g it may be working but so slow as you wouldn't know it. 

I had one a while back and it lasted a day before I sent it back.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@PhoneChanger when I press on what's app I get Failed to open page and when on the bowser I on top of the screen Baidu and other letters I don't understatand and other stuff on the screen is not in letters.

I thought about it that as the Internet is slow on it and I am having problems using the Internet so I thought I will only use the Q18 smart watch as just texting and calling so I have changed my tariff to the £5 one.
