I need a new pac code for my old number to transfer to my new provider...the previous pac code didn't work

Not sure O2 can provide it if the number is no longer with them

How did you leave if the PAC didn't work?

Codes can only be issued on a live account

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
