Hi, is there any chance someone could help me with NO CALLER ID problem please. I have been having the issue now for about 2 weeks and no one seems to know how to fix it its happening on all incoming calls ,I have been to the o2 store and to the apple store and it seems to be a problem with the setting on my o2 account

Any update on what is going on @Martin-O2 ?
If I had to guess there has been an update internally at o2 which has borked something with Apple devices (as most if not all refer to an iPhone).
Given that we only see a small proportion of the o2 customer base on here, I would imagine that this issue is much more widespread...

Yeah I saw that @Cleoriff but had hoped that there would be more of a response by now. It certainly ties in with my belief that something at o2 has been changed and has broken something on customer accounts.
It might even be that it has broken Android accounts as well, but something in the phone OS is different enough that we see no impact.

Still having the issue and it is not only iPhones. if I put my simcard in a Samsung phone it is the same problem.... I had really hoped to have heard from O2 by now!
