Hi. I'm hoping I can get the help I need to relieve me of the stress I've just been going through trying to unlock/unlatch my phone. I've trawled through endless sites, O2 help and guidance pages, Samsung forums and even visited all the phone unlock shops in the neighbourhood. They all point to me needing an unfreeze code (MCK) and have all re-directed me back to O2.
I requested an unlock code from O2 and was very happy with the speedy response but the outcome of applying was unsuccessful. There began the journey. I've pulled most of my hair out. But, apparently I need an MCK code before entering the NCK (unlock) code provided by O2. Can anyone please help me? Can someone come as the light at the end of the tunnel?

One of our managers will get the MCK code for you. They won't be on until Monday morning though.
