I got my Samsung 22 in December, and since I've had it, my speaker isn't working to it's full potential. At first I thought it was .y daughters phone,  but realised its whenever I make or receive a call. Its got worse. The device itself isn't damaged, and its not been dropped, its carefully taken care of, with protectors and cases. Whats wrong with my speaker?? It sounds like a white noise as people are talking, it's getting harder to make out what they are saying to me

It could be moisture damage, if the phone has been used in the damp or wet conditions, it could be a faulty cable connection.

Best thing to do is reach out to Samsung direct and they can advise on next steps https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/

Live is chat is 24/7 and there phone lines are open till 10pm (ish)

You can test all hardware on Samsung phones.
  1. Open Samsung Members app
  2. Tap on Diagnostics.
  3. Tap on Test hardware.
  4. Choose the phone hardware you want to check and optimize the performance.

Any luck getting this sorted with the diagnostics or by contacting Samsung @CLT?
