My £10 Rolling Plan has vanished without warning. O2 was not able to take automatic payment this month, which has happened before, but when I paid £20 in the account (to account for next 2 months) it didn’t automatically return to my £10 Rolling Plan and instead been charging me for individual texts as if I was on no plan, when I’ve agreed to be on one. This has never happened before. I’d like help getting put back on the plan I’d agreed to and refunded the amount I’ve been charged unknowingly for texts i’ve made today. Thank you slight_smile

As this is a Customer to Customer Community with no O2 involvement we can't help with your account

O2 seem to be having problems with payments, which they have acknowledged 

You will need to contact O2.

Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 

4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
