I put my phone on charge last night. The charger was working fine. When I got it this morning it was off altogether. I tried another charger as it would not switch on but this has not made a difference so it is not the charger that was the issue. How can I get the phone back on? I have read the troubleshooter but nothing will work as the phones not switching on. And to return for a repair I can't do any of the things required as the phone won't switch on. I have only had the phone for 6-7 months
