Help! I did not understand changing to an E-Sim would change my phone number which Ive had a long time and is associated with my business. O2 did NOT give me time to make a note of the new number, and I cannot log into my account. I can't even cancel the account! I am traveling which is why I opted for the E-SIM, which a nightmare! I am here in the US without access to my UK contacts!
