Hi
I ordered a sim only deal and it arrived 4 days ago. When I was setting up my contract it asked if I wanted to keep my number so I got the PAC code from Giffgaff and o2 said I’ll be given a temporary number. It’s just in any paperwork or any emails I’ve received, or when I sign into my o2 account it all seems like my number has been changed? Maybe I’m just being impatient and it’ll give me back my old number soon but yeah I’m just worrying a little bit that I’ve done something wrong and that I won’t be getting my old number back. Can anyone help please?

Until the port it will show your temporary number, once the port is complete.
If you haven't had a text from o2 or GiffGaff with the port out date, then it may have failed (this happens), so you need to contact o2 and give them the PAC code again
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
