Hi, as anyone else having trouble with logging into there account/app as I seem to be having trouble with accessing it and having trouble being able to check my account on the app aswell as on the website

Probably thousands of others after O2 tried to move people onto the new Customer management system and things went horribly wrong.
There is nothing we can do here but point you back to O2
The social media team are the most clued up
