My incoming calls are regularly blocked. This seems to happen when I charge my phone although not sure if it’s this

It could be a network issue. Check here O2 Service Status

Or you may need a new sim.

Pop into any O2 store, with photo ID, and they will swap you to a new sim for free.

How do you mean blocked? 

 

It sounds like Do not disturbed is selected whilst the phone is on charge, you will need to look in the setting on the phone, to turn this off.

@Cags were you able to figure out if your phone is turning on Do Not Disturb when it's charging?
