Solved: My iPhone 12 has stopped working

I upgraded to iPhone 12 November last year it won't do anything black screen with white circles spinning iv done everything the trouble shooter has said nothing working iv rang apple and there saying the warranty has ran out iv only had it 10 months ??

Looks like you bought a refurbished device so the 12 month warranty is with O2, not Apple in this case.
