My data sim won't connect to the internet

I received my data sim and installed it in a Netgear 810s and it was very slow.

I've just purchased a TPLink 600 and the sim won't connect to the internet.

I have a 3 sim which works fine.

What is the devices actual name as there is no tplink 600 unless you mean the MR600.

You should make sure the APN is set to: mobile.o2.co.uk 

I would also update the firmware on the device as well.
