Hi there, I set up a new tariff last week and just want to know if my bill payments will be taken from the same account I already have set up or did I need to tell them again my account details? I have always paid by direct debit.

When you upgrade / change tariff, it comes out of your bank account which you have on your o2 account. So there should be no changes
