My WiFi is not working abroad

Hello, my phone is working fine abroad (France) but the internet doesn’t work. I think it’s an issue with my phone, possible wrong settings. Please can you kindly help me?

Some things to try:

1. Manually search for another network
2. Reboot the phone
3. If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4. Try toggling Airplane mode on/off (it often helps kickstart things)
5. If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account

 If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
