Hi all, is My O2 down, I can't sign in via the app or website no matter what I try, the app says nothing & just nopes out whilst the site says something needs fixing on O2's end?
I've checked their social media pages but there's nothing mentioned and even reset my password on the app (because it wanted me to do that for some reason).
Does anyone else have a problem logging in or is it just me?

Forgot screenshots - btw the app saying it's not available in my area? I've been using it for years now.

Possibly due to the changes in the background. Everyone is being moved over to the new billing and customer management system

Personally, I tend to use the Web rather than the app as you can see more

Were you able to access My O2 @Blue-Sonnet? If not, it may be best to reach out to customer service via social media to see if they can help.
