You may be being moved to the new 360 backend system, if you can't get in via both App and Web ( https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin ), give it 24hrs and try again, @Linda60.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I occasionally seem to have the some problem with the my o2 app and website but it seems to sort its self out after an hour or so.
