My NTL email won’t send or receive. This is the one I use all the time. I can’t view anything that I’ve saved either. I’ve tried to ring 02 for hours.  It says I haven’t got an account- I have had for years!!
How do I get to speak to someone & fix it?
iCloud works fine.
Please could someone ring me to HELP

If you mean the e-mail you use to sign in to MyO2, @Shirl49 - you are not alone, a software upgrade recently has similarly affected many others, sadly. Guide: How to find help & contact O2 about it, via Social Media if you prefer, all ways in link above, and Social Media ways also in link just below.

Good luck.

@Shirl49

You NTL email is nothing to do with O2.

It is still administered by Virgin.

Usually it will be a settings or password issue so if you delete the account from your phone and set it up as imap it will usually fix it.

Settings needed:

Incoming Server - IMAP

Server: imap.ntlworld.com
Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: Your full email address
Password: Your password

Outgoing Server - SMTP

Server: smtp.ntlworld.com
Port: 465
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: Your full email address
Password: Your password

Or call Virgin:

Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
