Hello,  I am unable to access my 02 account both online and via the app.  I am unable to see any of my information

A search of the community will have shown this question is asked a lot whilst the billing platform migration is under way. 

 

If you have tried both online via https://mymobile.o2.co.uk and the app then you will need to speak to customer services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone or you can send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG),
