I have recently switched my number over to a different provider, and I am just trying to confirm whether my o2 account needs anything doing to it? Will it have just closed off automatically? I can no longer log into the app! Just don’t want to be charged as I have received no confirmation from o2 that they will no longer bill me.

There may be charges due so you really need to contact O2
They think nothing about putting you in default for trivial amounts
Looks like you should contact CS team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you –
