Hi there,
If I have time left on my contract, but I get an opportunity to move abroad (not EU), who do I need to speak to at O2 to make them aware of this, do any updates need making to my contract? What is the process?

If moving away permanently you would need to pay off and cancel your contract.
For short term moves you can keep your contract running.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
