My account is still stuck in port provisioning 2 weeks on. I have no service which means no texts or calls therefore not able to do online banking as you receive a security text etc, not able to make emergency calls if needed. My sister moved to O2 with no problem during this period so whatever the technical issue it is not across the board. I am now stuck in limbo…this is totally unacceptable. Have raised many tickets so think they call it and each time told to wait anywhere between 24-48 hours or 3-5 working days or until 6pm and all will work….hasn’t yet. What are my options now? Also contacted complaints…they take at least 7 days to get back to you

Hi @KM71 - sorry you have had to wait so long, while your sister's move to O2 went smoothly. I will tag in one of the Forum's O2 Advisors, @O2Lisa, who is on this morning from 8am - look out for a PM from her later (the envelope icon top right, or the "Messages" option if you click on your avatar icon top-right on mobile). Hopefully she can get things moving for you.

It was a setting on the phone. None of the 20 or so people I spoke to or catted to until O2Lisa thought to ask me to do this…
Settings - general - transfer or reset - reset - reset network settings.
