I have an o2 eSim on my iPhone 14 pro max and I'm trying to move it to my new iPhone 16 pro max without success. Is there a specific procedure I have to follow?

In your MyO2.

Do a sim swap first to another esim and install it.

O2 say that because of potential fraud, they have removed one of the most useful features of MYO2.

You now need to contact O2 to get an esim pushed to your MYO2, but you need to be logged in to your MYO2 when you call as they will cut off your current sim immediately, so you will not be able to receive the text to login to your MYO2.
