I have a MotoG7 power and am trying to set up WiFI calling on a Pay Monthly contract.

I am unable to find anywhere on the O2 site tp activate this even though the documentation says it is possible.

There is no option on the Phone event though others seem to have managed this.

What am i missing?

You will have to contact O2 first.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It's under the 'More' tab on the website, just below the one I have ringed

Customer service also need to enable on their systems

I have been in there a few times.

Have an option to return to MyO2 and link to how to set it up for a number of phones and lists of old supported phones (not up-to-date).  No where can I find an option to enable it on the account.
