I saw a Black Friday offer (£20 fee and then £30 a month for 20GB) seemed very good, £20 was taken from my PayPal account instantly, then I had to sign a direct debit mandate where the amount was suddenly £47 a month but said with discount would go down to £30. So signed that. Then took to a page saying because of bad credit I could pay £275 in one go and then that would come off my bill. I used another page to look at my experia score to see why this might be, then would not let me proceed….no phone has arrived I went into a 02 shop where I was told nothing they could do as they handle sales (pretty sure this seemed a sales matter) and so far have been on hold 1hr and currently 45 mins to speak to a representative…..would just like some clarify on what is happening
