I’ve just renewed my contract swapping my sim only deal to a new deal with iPhone 11 and 10gb of data/month, my phone will not load any apps or web pages, I’ve checked my o2 account and it says I have 9.99gb of data remaining yet nothing will load that uses data?

Check Settings >Mobile data and make sure it is on, then scroll down to switch on the apps you want to use data.
If that doesn't work, message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
