Hi, we have recently moved house and previously had no problems, now when receiving or making calls the other party can hear us but we can’t always hear them. Area check shows no coverage problems but signal strength is never more than 1 bar, at other end of village usually 3 bars. Have put phone on WiFi calling but calls still keep dropping out. I gather there is a signal booster available to overcome this problem? Regards

Sorry, there's no signal booster available to standard consumer contracts, only business contracts.

WiFi calling is O2's solution to this issue.......

My wife and I are both on O2 PAY Monthly contracts, but since recently moving house, our mobile signal is almost non existent inside the house, due to thick insulation on the external stone walls. We both activated WIFI Calling on the O2 App, however this doesn't appear to have made any difference? Are there any other solutions, or signal boosters we could consider, to save us having to venture into our garden to make or receive calls?
