Solved: Mobile data on iPad

I’ve just upgraded my iPad mini to the cellular version, and bought a pre-loaded data sim for it. Sim in, mobile data on, but I can’t download from either Kindle or Guardian Editions - both the reasons I wanted mobile data. I can do both on my phone (iPhone 12) but not the iPad, and neither app appears in the list on iPad mobile data settings, although both do on the phone. Can you advise why, please, and if/how I can add them both? Thanks

Sounds like you need to install the apps on the new iPad @Pat45, either using your mobile data or WiFi.

Once you have done that you should be able to use the apps.
