Hi, I am unable to set up my mobile data on my Apple Watch that I have on my O2 account alongside my mobile phone. This was set up originally but received a new watch after mine was sent back damaged. I have tried going into the watch app and setting the data up but it comes up with an error 04. Can someone please help me with this or provide a contact number for
me to get advise. Many thanks

I understand Error 04 is due to your previous watch still being attached to your account.
You need to call O2 to remove it.
