Mobile data not working on iPhone

Tried switching on and off, even restored the phone...still not working at al on 4G or 3G

Is data turned on in settings?

Is data enabled for apps?

Have you called O2 to check your account?

Thanks for the reply. I'm in the UK and have been talking-to O2 who have been helpful but not managed to fix it yet. I think the fault is at the O2 end where it doesn't think I have run out of data allowance (i.e shows 1gb data remaining) ...but I don't think its there. They are ringing me back later.
