I have just bought a bolt on, as I had run out of data.
At home with the home wifi, all is well, Away from home, I cannot access Google or whatsapp away from my home wifi.
I've tried various combinations of wifi on/wifi off, and my mobile data is on.
Help please

Does your account show the bolt on has been applied, and how much is left?
It might be your phone has swallowed it up and the data has been used.
Try rebooting your phone as well to reconnect to the network.
If none of those work, get in touch with customer services.
