I have had a TP link mobile router with an O2 data SIM for about 2 years to use in our static caravan in the Yorkshire dales. We have had excellent download speeds to enable us to stream Netflix, NOW TV etc; however, for the past few weeks we have intermittent internet connection with download speeds of less than 1 but O2 tells us there are no issues in the area! Help!

@Lynng53

Check this guide first before trying a new sim card.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The best thing to do is check https://status.o2.co.uk.

Bare in mind speed can be due to a number of things, such as high usage of the mast, a mast having a fault. a mast running on low power.

It could also be your TP-Link router, have you done any updates to it, or has one recently happened
