Hi there, do you know when the mast in bd13 Thornton, Bradford will be fixed. It’s still saying there is an issue and it’s getting to the point where my phone is useless. Any phone calls made just drop out making it impossible to call anyone. iMessages can take an hour to receive. Any updates would be great!!
thanks.

Hi @Fuzzymisfit - firstly, download and run the My Network app regularly, and get others in your area who are on O2 to do likewise. The online version and other tips are in here: Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
Then see if your phone supports VoWifi, using your domestic broadband to carry calls: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/wifi-and-4g-calling#:~:text=To%20do%20t....
See if that tides you over until O2 get access to the misbehaving mast sorted and can effect a repair. Good luck!

O2 will never tell you as there are many factors that can affect a repair.
Log it through the My Network app to get updates.
