Hello
I'm on a SIM only contract and I am trying to transfer my SIM to a new handset. After a few incorrect attempts to unlock the SIM (I got the incorrect PUK code online I think) the phone is now asking for an MCK code.
I can't find much advice on MCK's online and the helpline didn't help either. Can anyone help me obtain one?
Thanks
Robi

I think you are going to need O2 for this one.. the MCK is the 'Master Control Key' ..usually needed after a few 'incorrect inputs' .. that you mention in your post.. if you contact one of their social media channels they'll get you through to the correct department... :
You can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Customer service won't have a scooby what you're asking for.
@lewys-gp @RafaC or @Martin-O2 are the only ones who can help but they will need to request code from Samsung and wait for a reply, si it could be a couple of weeks.

ah OK .. I was hoping the solution was going to be simpler than that for the asker...
