Hi. I am abroad and on o2 travel.  However this afternoon my access to internet non Wi-Fi and a phone signal has just stopped

as I have no signal I cannot call o2 to discuss as I suspect it may have been cut off by them as I have been abroad for over 3 weeks

what should I do to fix this

Some things to try:
1 - Reboot phone. (or toggle airplane mode).
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Turn off 4g (use 3g)
5 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
