I have an iPhone 12 Pro, I ported to O2 a couple of weeks ago.
I am finding the London Underground Wi-Fi never auto connects on my phone, I have to go into settings manually and connect to "WiFi Extra". I am finding the same at O2 hotspots, I have to manually connect.
Can somebody please help?
Your reset may have lost the settings, here is O2's help page on getting connected to both services, @CorrectHorseBat
Most current phones with an O2 sim will automatically connect to Wifi Extra. You just need to make sure your software is up to date, your wifi is switched on, and that (if you’re on Pay As You Go) you’ve topped up in the last 30 days.
If your device hasn’t connected automatically, or you want it to connect more quickly, you can try to connect manually."
It doesn't, that's exactly my point.
